Lombardia Aerospace Cluster is a network of companies, universities and research centres able to integrate different competences: fixed and rotary wings, satellites, avionics, materials, equipments and the most qualified systems for flight. In Lombardia about 215 companies and about 21,800 employees operate in the various areas of the aerospace industry and produce 6.3 billion of Euros of total turnover. Lombardia generates about 1/4 of the Italian export of aerospace industry.
